4 Pints Cherry Tomatoes Sliced in Half
18 Large Basil Leaves Chopped
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Crushed
1 Pound Angel Hair Pasta
1 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese (or vegan cheese)

In a small bowl combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, basil, red pepper, salt and black pepper and set aside to sit at room temperature for about 4 hours. When mealtime is close, cook the angel hair pasta in a large pot of water until al dente (about 2-3 minutes). Drain the water and then pour the pasta into the cherry tomato mixture. Add the cheese and extra basil and toss together. Serve and enjoy!
